I understand why yolks have to be removed. What I don’t understand is why there’s no plan in place at this point in time for the replacement of the oaks. I did a 64 page survey of trees that could be used as replacing trees. Even though I was a member of the landscaping committee my report was completely ignored. I also did a literature review Of the economic cost associated with removing valuable landscaping assets. My research indicates set up landscaping call for supper at 25% increase property values. I try to work this with the landscaping company that was met with the deaf ears. I believe that the oak trees need to be removed but that there must be a plan in place for the replacement. Removing the trees are going to affect the property appealing, neighborhood value, make streets hotter to walk .
It makes no sense their removal due the fact that they occasionally lift sidewalks.
