We, the homeowners of Saturnia Lakes, residing at the below addresses hereby demand the immediate

removal of HOA board president, Jim Lepp. Many residents have complained of Jim Lepp’s total lack of
professionalism when addressing homeowners. This president has exercised his power to satisfy his
own personal interests and deny his fellow homeowners the possibility of voting on the oak tree
removal project. Homeowners have been turned down, insulted, and in many cases ignored when
they’ve requested to discuss or vote on the trees. Many questions have remained unanswered in
meetings and emails as it seems Jim does not feel obligated to provide the service he volunteered
himself for. Many residents feel that Jim Lepp’s blatant disregard for the members of our community is
creating animosity and distrust toward the HOA and that remaining on the board will only serve to
further the major upset he has inflicted on Saturnia Lakes homeowners
