The sheer weight of this support shows Royal Mail exactly how much we value Rob. They think they can just move our people around like chess pieces but this momentum proves they have no idea who they are dealing with.

Rob has become a welcome part of our small but nonetheless recognised community here at Mon Bank. He is a trusted postman who has gained much respect over the years. We don’t understand why he cannot maintain his round here and I would like to state my displeasure regarding his forced removal.
The only good thing about being stuck at home during a pandemic was seeing Rob everyday and his cheerful face, he always makes us smile. He is a huge part of our community and it would be a huge loss to see him go.
Please let us keep Rob Royal Mail. He's more than just a posty to our community. You've gifted us all, by employing Rob and letting him serve our estate.. He's the best, happy, smiling man with a connection to us all.. He almost certainly knows us all individually and is our resident security guard too... Please think carefully before you make you're decision..
Very saddened to hear that our postman will be moved from our area.He has been the most attentive and friendly postman we have ever had in this estate and it will be such a loss for us adults equally for our kids not to see him bring in our mail…His friendly nature really makes our day!!
Please keep our postman Rob he is always so lovely & chatty and my Chihuahua have finally made friends with him which she never does she hates any delivery people lol things wouldn't be the same with a new postie Rob always makes sure my post and parcels get delivered safely and I trust him.

Rob is a lovely postman who has built up a rapport and is loved by all residents of Mon Bank. Why was Rob robbed of his round because the restructuring of the post office meant that someone with more years service than Rob was able to play the seniority card and choose Mon Bank. This is outrageous and completely unfair. Rob had no say in the matter. Shame on you Post Office managers.
