Prior to Rob, the postal personnel were extremely unreliable and post frequently went missing! The post that was delivered was delivered to the wrong house and when confronted I was told on more then one occasion to deliver it to the correct address myself. Since Rob took over the route I have not encountered any problems and he goes out of his way to ensure the mail is delivered promptly and any quirery delt with promptly. Rob always provids a prompt, professional and friendly service and serves Royal Mail well. I dispair that our mail service will revert to how it was prior to Rob taking over the mail route and see no reason why Rob should be replace as he has built a friendly repoire with Monbank residents and provides a professional and reliable service and unlike others before him promotes a positive Royal Mail image. I and my household would like to request Rob continues to provide Royal Mail service to Monbank and NOT be replaced.

Rob is a lovely postman who has built up a rapport and is loved by all residents of Mon Bank. Why was Rob robbed of his round because the restructuring of the post office meant that someone with more years service than Rob was able to play the seniority card and choose Mon Bank. This is outrageous and completely unfair. Rob had no say in the matter. Shame on you Post Office managers.
