It’s nice to hear of someone who is pro-rat for once. Quite a lot of people are not keen on rats, including domesticated rats. Those who are pro wild rat are in even more short supply(!) Rats, including wild rats, deserve to be treated with kindness, and protected from unnecessary violence, as much as any *other* sentient being...

As much as I hate them, they help the sanitation workers quite a bit.
