Come on Denbighshire Council when are you going to stop closeing places ion Rhyl we need Hafen Deg Day Centre a place for the elderly to go to what else have we left in Rhyl

such a lovely day centre the staff are like family my late mother went here and with out them doing what they did I don't no how I would of coped my mum loved it I think the council need to leave this place alone and make cuts else where the elderly need this safe place to go

The services provided at Hafen Deg were excellent and very much valued, by the elderly and vunarbale who were able to attend, closing this service wil lead to isolation and lonleliness which in turn will impact on the individuals health and well being, its a cruel cut and a cut to far!

My mam went to this centre when she was first diagnosed with Alziemeirs .. he made a huge impact on her an gave her something to look forward to .. I wish you well with your appeal x

What will happen to all those that use this facility if they close it , there is only so much that family can do , sum family have other commitments and struggle this place needs to stay open!!!

My family have been lucky due to being able to afford private day care - I know I wont be able to and I cant believe such cuts are being done - so concerned that the people who need help arent being helped!!

Shame on DCC

I think it's so sad when these places close the elderly look forward to congregating with there friends.
