We are getting so near to that first big hundred mark and I honestly cannot wait to see Coach Jones reaction once we finally pull this off. Coach jones was always a good coach a still is till this day. He taught us about baseball but at the same time taught us how to be men. I wanna take this time to thank him for the many years of him coaching and the detection of always being there for us. Thank you so much coach jones
Sam was always one of the best ever to Coach in Rockingham county...and a good friend to many of us Coaches.
Coach Jones deserves this honor because of several things! His length of service , his dedication and sacrifice for the kids and for his longtime success at the school !!
Sam is a great coach!! Discipline was his game!! Loved working with him for 6 yrs. in Booster Club!! Miss those days❤️⚾️
He deserves the honor I played while he was the athletic director. Looked up at that photo of the State Championship every day.

Sam Jones was an excellent coach and Athletic Director at RCHS. It is only right the baseball stadium be named in his honor
