Fellow neighbors, my name is Anthony Barber. I live at 10100 NW River Hills DR. I have served both in the past and currently am serving on the River Hills Estates Home Owners Association in various roles. I am committed to the success of our neighborhood.

I am asking for your support in establishing a 4 way stop to the entrance of our subdivision at the intersection of Crooked Road and River Hills Drive. Our HOA Board members are in support of this initiative and I hope you will be as well. Having lived at this intersection for the last 11 years, I have seen traffic continue to increase and I believe it is to the point where it has become dangerous for pedestrians and motorists.

By signing this petition, you are agreeing with the following statement:

We request that the City of Parkville, Missouri installs a 4 Way Stop at the intersection of Crooked Road and River Hills Dr, located in Parkville, MO. We also request that a pedestrian cross walkbe placed across Crooked Road connecting Cider Mill Ridge subdivision and River Hills Estates.We believe that a 4 way stop at this intersection will provide a safer environment for motorists and pedestrians in this neighborhood area.
