The consultation poll for the door entry system at Holcroft Court consultation should be rerun for the following reasons:

1. The consultation poll did not include details of estimated yearly maintenance fees for each of the options, thus not disclosing the full financial costs for each option.
2. The section 20 was sent out before the residents received the results of the consultation poll, thus giving no opportunity for residents to comment on the consultation poll.
3. The consultation poll was biased, as only one option offered video, when in reality a google search clearly demonstrates that video is available for GSM options, some of which offer a hybrid solution that provides both GSM and wired terminals. For a GSM only option residents who do not have smartphones should be told they can have GSM terminals (with built in GSM, just like our smart meters) that can be attached to their wall.
