To,

The Chairman
West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission
Kolkata

Dear Sir,

We are the residents/owners of Rosedale Garden Complex, comprising of more than 500 apartments, located at Action Area III, of Newtown, Rajarhat.

We would like to bring your attention to the present electricity tariff plan applicable in the Rosedale Garden Complex where in we are made to pay per unit charges at commercial rates. The present rates applicable for power distribution in our complex is costly and also in contrast to the rates prevailing in other residential complexes in Kolkata.

Presently, we are using the electrical connection for our residences from the expensive HT Commercial F (CT) from the developer, which was originally taken for the purpose of construction of the project.

We are kindly requesting you to arrange to convert our electricity tariff plan to common and standard residential service - LT domestic A (DM-U), like other residential complexes in Newtown. Because of the high tariff, the present HT Commercial F (CT) connection is costing us dearly every month for the last two years.

Your prompt and immediate action will be highly appreciated.

Thanking you

Rosedale Garden Residents
