As paying HOA customers a large number of residents have made numerous complaints and expressed their continued disappointment with the Helsing Group management company.
Further review has revealed the company's bad reputation in the HOA industry. They have demonstrated a similar complete lack of care or consideration for other properties they manage.

I am honestly overwhelmed by the momentum we have built together. This progress belongs entirely to the residents who chose to speak up and demand better for our neighborhood.

Helsing how is very very bad , they don’t take care of property ....my 2 neighbors leaves the trash bins out side for months ...til now they dint even give any notice.....it’s soo horrible.....we can’t even open our door or windows.....if they can’t take care of community rthwn why HOA..,
Awful in Livermore. Extremely limited parking spaces (only 2 cars per family), and they have been towing/threatening to tow resident cars parked in guest spots -- without offering any solutions. Parking options are very limited as we are surrounded by hills and a private business lot. This has been a headache for years now and still no response from HOA!
Not responsive to voicemail messages and emails and very long response time to messages left with their office services though Their office promises that management will call back within 48-72 hours. Common property on the side of the houses with view is not maintained . Absolutely zero gopher control on the common property.
As the name implies, HOA's should be working on behalf of homeowners. Helsing seems to be more interested in obfuscating homeowners objectives, plans and desires.
Helsing HOA is not maintaining the front yard as required. Its very frustrating to deal with them.

In my opinion their has never been a worse management company. Their are many violations in our neighborhood not to mention how horrifically horrible are yards look. This should of never happened- drought or not- gophers or not. Also if you note we have had over 5 managers at our development since I moved in 5 years ago. And 4 different landscape companies. This should tell you that their are problems with Roy Helsing and his company. Their turnover with employees is un- real. Their are many wonderful caring companies out their, why do we need Helsing.
