Fr. Francis Murhammer finally reversed course and renewed Mrs. Militzer's contract. We forced them to listen to the community and respect the legacy she built over three decades. Keep watching this space because we will not let them threaten our leadership again.

Mrs. Catherine Militzer has been at St. Margaret of Scotland School for 34 years. She has impacted countless students and families with her involvement as a teacher, vice principal and now principal since 2003. Anyone that knows the character of Mrs. Militzer knows the amount of time, effort and love she has poured into the community of St. Margaret of Scotland. She deserves the chance to continue in her role as principal of St. Margaret of Scotland School.

We, the parents, alumni, parishioners and/or community members urge Fr. Francis Murhammer to renew the contract of St. Margaret of Scotland School Principal Mrs.Catherine Militzer.

We just hit 100 signatures and this proves Fr. Francis Murhammer cannot ignore us anymore. He needs to stop playing games with the future of our school and renew Mrs. Militzer's contract immediately.

Mrs. Militzer has taught my kids and been the administrator during their time. She is a fantastic person and a tremendous asset to the parish in so many ways beyond being the principal. She is part of the reason my daughter is also a principal. I am at a loss to even consider a reason for non-renewing her contract. I would be most interested in the facts.

My wife and I were going to send our daughter to St. Margaret's this upcoming year. A huge part of that decision was how the principal at the time, Mrs. Militzer, spike to us about her educational beliefs, and practices. Sad to say, I may now be forced to look for other alternatives. Bring this incredible woman back.

Please invest in Catholic education for our children. Please secure dedicated teachers and principals, like Mrs militzer who infuse this important development stage of our children's lives with Catholic morals and teachings. She represents everything that is RIGHT with st Margaret's Catholic school.

My Daughter attended St. Margarets/ now my Grandchildren. She is sooo competent / ready each / everyday with words of direction/praise. It would be a heartbreaking exp to see her go. As she is a big reason we send our children to St.Margaret's.

Mrs. Militzer was my 1st grade teacher 21 years ago. I remember her class very fondly and have known her as a principal after my time at St. Margaret's, as I returned to observe for my own teaching career. She is an amazing woman with a big heart and is a staple of St. Margaret's.

Mrs Militzer welcomed us when our school closed and treated us kindly. She helped our daughter with this transistion and supported her staff and us so our daughter had a successful year. Very few educators are her caliber and she is a blessing to St Margaret's

Everyone deserves an explanation of what is going on at our school. Without adequate information and assurances, many parents, myself included, are not willing to continue to support the school or the parish. Driving families away will be the likely result of the lack of transparency and secret closed door meetings which have brought us to the point of complete upheaval. Everything about this situation is wrong.
