Dear Rev. Bishop Caggiano and Superintendent Dr. Cheeseman,
We, the parents of St. Theresa School, humbly bring before you this request and petition to reappoint the current Principal, Mrs. Pamela Fallon for the next year and further. As parents, we have seen and felt the great love, devotion, dedication, and personal compassion for all parents and children of St. Theresa School. We have been shocked, angry, and sad that Mrs. Fallon has been fired and asked not to return for the next year without any explanation to the parents.
In the past year, the school has been faced with navigating two big challenging situations – the COVID situation and a new curriculum. But, we have seen that she has handled all situations wonderfully and made a place in the heart of every student and parent. In the recent zoom call with Mrs. Stacie regarding qualities of the potential new principal, I hope you have been shown a recording where every parent wanted Mrs. Fallon back. Our kids are upset that Mrs. Fallon would not return. And therefore, we have been forced to bring the matter to your attention through this petition. We urge you to look into the matter urgently and reverse the previous decision and give Mrs. Fallon the opportunity and authority to be the principal and implement the new classical curriculum. She always listens and finds immediate solutions to all situations.
We thank you for listening to us and look forward to your positive action in favor of each and every child and family of St. Theresa School, Trumbull.

Seeing this kind of movement happening for Mrs. Fallon is completely overwhelming and honestly humbling. I never imagined so many people would come together to speak up for her like this. This response proves just how much she truly means to our school community.

Mrs. Fallon has been so warm and welcoming to my son, who started at St. Theresa in December. He was crushed to hear she would not be returning next year. She managed the Covid crisis with kindness and compassion and I would love to see her be reinstated.
Mrs. Fallon brings an awesome, loving, caring spirit to St. Theresa School. She exudes God's loving kindness and in the midst of our present uncertain times she has bought a level of certainty to our children in context of their formative education. She must stay!
Thanks to Mrs. Pamela Fallon my daughter has been able to receive a Pathological evaluation (In times of Pandemic) that during 5 school years it had not been possible to do it, that means that Mrs. Fallon is an altruistic Person and that she cares about the welfare of the children. students .
Please know that continuing with Mrs.Fallon as principal is in the best interest of the children,staff and school. She goes about her job as a mission and vocation and has made great strides with the school. Please reconsider this decision to remove her from the post.
Please consider her reappointment . she has done a a good job .. I think she is a good balance for the parents and the transition of the classical curriculum..
This new administration has demonstrated that she is a great educator and she has been able to use her knowledge as a Principal of St. Theresa.
Mrs. Pamela Fallon has really transformed St. theresas school. Being in the middle of a pandemic, we have felt so secure and safe at St. Theresa's. We will be very sad to see her go. Please reconsider your decision.

Mrs. Fallow is doing a great job as Principal of St. Theresa, both of my kids love her. Sebastian and David always said that she always listen to everyone. As a parent, i feel so comfortable leaving my kids in a great place and with a good principal.
