My wife and I were going to send our daughter to St. Margaret's this upcoming year. A huge part of that decision was how the principal at the time, Mrs. Militzer, spike to us about her educational beliefs, and practices. Sad to say, I may now be forced to look for other alternatives. Bring this incredible woman back.

Everyone deserves an explanation of what is going on at our school. Without adequate information and assurances, many parents, myself included, are not willing to continue to support the school or the parish. Driving families away will be the likely result of the lack of transparency and secret closed door meetings which have brought us to the point of complete upheaval. Everything about this situation is wrong.

Nothing the Diocese can do will ever change the fact that Mrs. Cathy Militzer has transformed the lives of so many children. Her caring, dedication and unwavering support of every child who walked through the doors of St Margaret's School was evident from the first day I met with her to enroll my daughter in Kindergarden to the day of her 8th grade graduation. She is an amazing example of what every educator should aspire to be.

Losing Mrs. Militzer , the school will lose that family feel. The kids will suffer, is that fair? NO.

Please invest in Catholic education for our children. Please secure dedicated teachers and principals, like Mrs militzer who infuse this important development stage of our children's lives with Catholic morals and teachings. She represents everything that is RIGHT with st Margaret's Catholic school.

She has done a fabulous job with that school and has always been a VERY dedicated person to the students, school and parish. She has worked very hard to get this job and has done her very best to grow this school.

Mrs. Militzer is a genuine and sincere person. Not renewing her contract as principal would be a loss to this parish community. She dedicates her soul to this school. I support Mrs. Militzer because she has always put children first.

Mrs. Militzer was a great principal. She was very welcoming to me when I transfered there. She worked hard to make sure students got the most out of their time there.

I've went to school here and I love her and she taught me many values that I took on through high school and will take on with me to college. Father Bud, I would hope you consider the mistake you will make if you let her go .

My Daughter attended St. Margarets/ now my Grandchildren.
She is sooo competent / ready each / everyday with words of direction/praise. It would be a heartbreaking exp to see her go. As she is a big reason we send our children to St.Margaret's.

Mrs. Militzer was one of our deciding factors 2 years ago when we decided to change schools for our daughter. It would be a shame to let her go.

I have know Ms. Militzer for countless years and found her to be a most honest and forthright person. I have seen how she handles our wonderful school at St. Margaret of Scotland and can think of no better person for that job. She is dedicated to her school children, school and parish. Please do not let this wonderful person go.

I do support Mrs. Militzer as principal at SMS. I have been a parent in this school for 10 years. I have seen the support she gives our school, especially during my time as PTG board member for the last three years. She is present at every meeting and nearly every event this school puts on!! She has also been supportive of my children, and I do appreciate that very much in a principal!
I think that as parents of SMS we have to give more and do more to support Mrs. Militzer (and the school) so that she can continue to do her job as principal. There are so MANY wonderful families at SMS that do A LOT to make our school work. Help support our school so that our principal can do what needs to be done and so that our school can be a wonderful place for our children!!!.
