I support this petition reasons being it has caused so much animosity, fragmentation, raruraru amongst the whanau in the district, mismanagement of trust responsibility on behalf of the shareholders.
The total disregard for shareholders having a voice and in the trust following their directive is unacceptable and truly an indication of the disrepute and disfunction of the current trust structure. I request that the trust be dissolved completely.
Our grandmother fought until the day she died not to have her land amalgamated. Because of the unlawful amalgamation we are dispossessed from the spiritual cultural and physical connection of our turangawaewae and birthright. We absolutely do not support the continuation of the Te Horo 2B2B2B trust.
The Te Horo 2B2B2B Trust was put in place by the Crown and further perpetuated alienation of our lands, as legitimate land owners. The historical mismanagement of assets, finances and resources must stop. We want our lands partitioned from the Te Horo Block. We have no confidence in the Te Horo Trust. Dissolve it NOW!
I attended the AGM and was disappointed at the way the meeting was conducted. The beneficiaries were not listened to, those that supported the Trust were given time to speak while others opposing where shut down. Also the treasurer was not given enough time to prepare audited accounts which is poor management as well.

I am a grand-daughter of Tihema Wiremu Takena Wihongi and Heemi Nai Tairua and as a shareholder desire the disestablishment of the Te Horo 2B2B2B Trust and see the land returned to rightful owners.
