A Petition By the People
The State of Hawaii and therefore the Department of Hawaiian Homes has taken action that violate their trust relationship to the Kanaka Maoli in their handling of the Kala ohana. Every individual who is involved and responsible for this action, should be removed from their official position(s)
The situation they have placed the Kala ohana in is a very dangerous one and most be corrected immediately.

That's my Ohana. Shame on those who are involved. We need justice to be served for the Kala Ohana. Enough is enough.
It is time that we hold accountable these agencies who violate law and have no authority over the Hawaiian people or their properties or rights. As well as it is time for our people and our nation to stand up for our rights and our families. Because we are all related by blood and race and the acts upon the Hawaiian people have been both racially and wrongly treated by the court systems, government entities that have oppressed the only legal people of these islands who have the only legal right to these islands. The injustice needs to stop and we as Kanak maoli', Hawaiians need take a stand one issue at a time and unite as one and stand one people one nation one ohana.
lord have your way... keep this god loving, god fearing, humble family in their home.
this is unjust. the people who sit on da board say they hawaiian but yet no more heart. you not hawaiian if all u care about is lining your pocket.
I support the Kala Ohana give back the land to its rightful owners. Its the right thing to do Akua is watching !

Why does this keep happening? The PEOPLE deserve their land, their rights, their homes...!!! Please quit taking local people's homes, lands, rights! It causes nothing but destruction, dissension and strife...what is so good about that?
