The relevant authorities have officially confirmed the removal of Judge Kim Seagar from her position. I appreciate the contribution of each individual who sustained this effort until the conclusion. Oswego County has the highest abuse rate in children yet the lowest foster care placement... hmm that doesn’t like the kids best interests are being taken care of!
Gave the dad right to have my child near a child abuser and did not even listen to me at court and gave the dad any thing he asked for. She did not see the information that was at hand
My child father has been violated on non payment of support 6 times and she let's lets him off every time with a warning!! Hasn't paid support since 2015!! Thanks for the warnings. That will help raise my (our) son.
My fiance deals with her and she gave custody back to his ex wife after his ex gave the child away when he was 13 months old an because she didn't want to pay child support she pulled him out of a good home now that he is about to be 7 years old it's crazy
She kept my daughter out of the court room while making decisions for her children. She was not fair in her judgements in any way! She needed to be removed from the bench years ago!
Its sad I had to leave my mentally ill drug addicted suicidal ex in a different state and move to onadogga to get custody of my children because of the horror stories and a lot of them came from the news thought the law was unbias of gender and the law wasn't about saving a cple of bucks and to put children first
Horrible judgment she has.....No clue on children....

She is the worst family court judge in hystory. She is also currently allowing a child to stay in and go back to a home over and over again where she is being sexually molested by the mothers boyfriend. Oswego county cps has removed the 4 year old several time and she keeps placing the child back in harms way!
