  1. Judge Kim Seagar places children in bad homes stating it's best interest of child.
  2. She stated that courts will be decision in front of all parties on a specific court date and makes decisions without parties present.
  3. She does not do her job as a judge or follow the laws.
  4. She gives children to abuser, druggies, child molester and killers.
  5. She does not do full background checks and or follow all evidence.
  6. She is not allowing ones that be parents do their job she feels men that have been out of their kids life for years deserves custody.
  7. I'm filing this petition today because I feel judges like this do not deserve a chance at being a judge for having many screwed up in misplacing children.
  8. So please sign n share this let's get these kind of judges off the bench.
