Abuse of power and an extremely neglectful judge, this is solely created for a source I can send my local senator so he can see the real damage it has created.
Detail on why: One of my local judges has used the local police to arrest a man for criticizing Macombs local judicial system. The person arrested had told the judge the mother was going to end up killing his son, which is what happened. From there he commented on one of Rachels personal accounts in which she felt "threatened" and had him arrested.

The response volume has reached a point where it now serves as a formal justification for my upcoming meeting with the state senator. I am currently finalizing the evidence packet to ensure these accounts are presented effectively during that session.

This is a clear and simple abuse of power by a Judge who would rather punish a grieving father than own up to her shortcomings and mistakes. Shame on Judge Rachel Rancilio and all who defend her.
Felt threatened due to someone complaining about her? Okay, that's fine. Called the sheriff to investigate it? Sure, it's stupid, but I can see that. Sheriff finds no evidence, but he's still locked up? Yeah, no.
I doubt she feels as threatened as we do, knowing there's judges who make asanine decisions and will throw the book at you for acknowledging them.
This is absolutely shameful, and a stain on the criminal justice system. Judge Rancilio has shown a significant lack of respect for Her position and thusly cannot be trusted to hold such power over the lives of others. Her negligence has gotten a child killed and a man wrongfully imprisoned.
The judge either didn't pay enough attention to this case in the first place or is inept. If there were preexisting warnings about the mother, they should not have been ignored.
Her selfish decisions prove she can’t handle the pressure of responsibility.
I have been subjected to Rachel Rancilio's abuse of power personally. She needs to be removed from her duties ASAP.

Filthy abuse of power. All this talk of "Red Flag" warnings... There were red flags that the Judge was made aware of and she chose to ignore them. What good are red flags if those in power choose to ignore them?
