this petition is to spread awareness of the horrific ordeals that families in solano county are living with due to orders made by family law judges based off of Sex, Race, Bias, and Personal Relationships. Many parents in Solano County feel their orders were not made for the best interest of their children and based off of the characteristics listed above. Criminal charges were ignored, concerns from another parent were brushed aside, abuse was forgotten about, and ongoing issues that keep the children in danger are escalating. When a family can not mutually agree on parenting time for their children they go to Solano County family law because they trust that a judge can make the best decision for the child's wellbeing. However over time this has not happened. The most complaints are coming from Honorable Gary Itchakawa and Christine Carringer, and Unger. They have ignored evidence shown in family law trials proving information on another parents criminal history, drug use, abuse and neglect and have bashed parents for "wasting their time" however the petitioner and the respondent pay hundreds of dollars in fees so the judge can perform the services. Parents have been "punished" by having parenting time taken away based off of the judges mood that day or personal relationship he/she may have with the opposing parties attorney. Even though it was proven the other parent was not suitable to have the parenting time they were awarded. These issues have mostly been directed to the mothers, after a few years ago the Honorable's had complaints against them for favoring the Mothers. Not one parent should be favored, the orders and ruling that we trust them to make should be based off of proven facts and the best interest of the child, as Fairfield Solano County Family Law's mission statement claims. This petition is asking that all cases in this matter be reviewed by the state and the Honorable's who made un logial decisions be held accountable. So far there are 267 cases that feel their orders were made off of the two judges above being bias,and not following required procedures in their court room. Please sign and share this petition so the CHILDREN will have a better future and put back into the right hands weather it's equal time, or majority with the more suitable parent male or female.

Ichikawa should have been removed from the bench a long time ago. If you are a woman in front of this judge, you may as well kiss time with your kids goodbye, because he will adopt ALL proposals from the father and even dismiss and overlook UCCJEA laws, as if they do not exist.
"Yes I'm aware this is in the best interest of your son, but it's not fair to the father." - Christine Carringer in family court when I asked for the father to be responsible for bringing my son to speech therapy when he has him.
I've never met a more heartless person. Christine Carringer should NOT be in a public service position. She's a bigot and makes judgements based on her own personal beliefs. Whose idea was it to put a judge in office to oversee the livelyhood of others who has two DUIs on her record?
I wasn't treated fairly. Both the mother and I were ordered to take drug tests. I took the test to prove I wasn't on drugs. The mother did not and it was over looked it because she was a woman. I know for a fact the mother was dirty.
It's nice to know I'm not alone on this issue. I was bashed and had my son taken from me for a period because his father had a therapist write out a letter to the judge for him and I wasn't given a chance to speak even though I was the one who asked for the hearing.
Family Court Corruption is an epidemic throughout the United States of America in family court in counties everywhere. Millions of parents and children have been through unnecessary hardships and trauma all because of dirty judges, dirty attorneys, dirty evaluators, and other bad people working in the superior court system. The whole entire system is a joke! Judges are unfit and dirty attorneys escalate cases for billable hours. Mediators, youth counselors, and family services are corrupt too. The judges, attorneys, evaluators, mediator, paralegals and court system personnel all knowingly premeditate to undermine our family lives, divide us, keep us trapped in the courts for years on end and escalate cases for money. They are unstable people working in the court system and purposefully do unreasonable behavior and make malicious court orders to keep families entrapped in cases to alienate parents from their children, grant restraining orders on false pretenses against the protect parent and the cases go on for decades with no resolution. My children and I have experienced a lot misconduct done by judges, attorneys, paralegals ( I can tell you the name of the paralegal so you can avoid doing business with the law firm) Treasonous trash in black robes making unjust court orders that are terrible and awful are everywhere!! After a few decades of dealing with this my adult children are estranged from me because of my children were turned against their mother because people working in the system, my ex counter parented and because of legal terrorism in Solano County, law enforcement misconduct and judicial misconduct. Judge Shauna Chastain is malicious too. I've said something then I've been scrutinized, threaten, falsely accused, falsely imprisoned in the county jail just for reacting to the misconduct, saying something and standing up for my children. I WAS SENTANCED TO 3 YEARS IN NAPA STATE HOSPITAL UNDER A FRAUDULENT MENTAL EVALUATION I LOST MY 6BD HOME OF 25 YEARS, I WAS OUT IN 4 WEEKS. MY RENT WAS PAID. I GOT HOME EVERYTHING WAS GONE MY 4 POLICE DOGS, MY BUSINESS COUNTY RECORDS COULDENT GIVE ME NAME HOUSING SAID IT WAS COFIDENTUAL . I DROVE TO LA TO GET HELP MY DULLY TRUCK BURNED TO THE BROUND BY MALIBU, THEN I WENT THREW THE MALIBU FIRE. IM STILL HOMELESS AND GOING THREW HELL. Judge Carringer doesn't listen to what I'm saying and cuts me off right away, but if it's my ex-BF who talks she's all ears. My ex had done pretty bad things to me in the past and had put my son's life in danger but that ddnt stop carringer from giving him "rights"
