We call for Judge Karen Salic to be impeached from the bench because she has used her power to falsely terminate parental rights and take children from loving families. Decisions like these tear families apart and leave lasting harm in communities that are already under stress.

It is deeply wrong to treat good parents as unfit without fairness and care. Families are not disposable, and children do best when they can stay safely with the people who love them and know them best. When a judge makes choices that separate families without just cause, it breaks trust in the court and in the idea of justice itself.

We are also deeply troubled by the message that families with disabilities cannot raise children. That belief is unfair, harmful, and dangerous. Disability does not make someone less capable of loving, guiding, and raising a child. Every family deserves to be judged on its actual care, not on prejudice or assumptions.

We ask for a full and serious review of Judge Karen Salic’s conduct and for impeachment if these abuses are confirmed. Courts should protect families, respect dignity, and apply the law fairly.
