Just days before Freeda was killed, she asked if we could use my late daughter Anna's name, not just for this cause, but to represent other children who become victims of tyrannical judges, money hungry lawyers and vindictive spouses.
Anna was an amazing little girl who lost her life secondary to complications of epilepsy. If you could sum up hope in a person, it would be Anna Starr.
As it was Freeda's wish, we will ensure that Judge Soloman is removed from the bench. I ask you to please read the petition below and sign if you see fit.
Carol Soloman continues on in her quest and mission to destroy families and damage lives. We are disheartened and discourged to think of all of the innocent children who continue to be unjustly sentenced to a life time of court ordered abuse by her irrational, haphazard and negligent empowerment over their lives.
Carol Soloman continues to evade many of the questions raised regarding her physical, mental and moral fitness as a judge. She has clearly commited acts of judicial misconduct and participated in actions calculated to reflect unfavorably upon the Judiciary and the State of Tennessee. Furthermore, we attest that her actions have brought the Judiciary of the State into disrepute and have adversely affected the administration of justice in that State.
Please, help us help the children. We cannot allow this corruption to continue. CPS and law enforcement individuals (as well as prominent attorneys) are involved the coverup. It is imperative that a public investigation is commenced into her conduct and to expose what is really going on in the 8th Circuit Court in Nashvile, TN.

The momentum behind this effort proves that people are finally waking up to the reign of terror Carol Soloman has inflicted on our families. This judge has operated in the shadows for far too long but her days of hiding behind a robe are numbered.

My ex-wife took me to court after five years of being divorced and this judge believed everything that she said but everything that came out of my mouth was a lie. I hated being in her courtroom. She talked down on me and my current wife. Even after doing what i was told she threw me in jail for six months.
I to was a victim of Carol Solomons Court room slander ,vindictive,hungry money spouse, and hungry lawyers whom I got treated just as Freeda Simmons and Autumn Catlett. Thank God that this less than a human (Carol Solomon) did not get re-elected . Carol would not hear both sides of the story, It was as if she had already made a decision before the hearing begun. She has destroyed many lives and this behavior that she has presented to the public does place a bitter and untrusted value in the judicial system.
I have witnessed her in the court room making bias and predicial decisions on several cases without hearing both sides of the people involved. I think that she erases our confidence that the court systems are fair.
She was taking numerous pills while on the bench, is absolutely ignorant to and about what a reasonable expectation of "meaningful interaction" truly is. She said: "I believe it is important to have the Father involved, I'll set Saturdays from 10 to 6 for visitation. Numerous people in and around the Judiciary have ALL made some exclamation from the mere mention of her name, now I know why.
Is there anything people can do who have been impacted and affected by her ruling as a judge presiding over their case? I had her as my judge from 2007-2008 and now my life is in shambles. Can we file some sort of Class Action lawsuit or go before the TN Court of the Judiciary and file a complaint? Surely, something can be done to give justice to so many victims.
Worst judge ever. Mentally deranged

She gave my best friend’s ex-husband custody after they had been solely in the custody of their mother for over 12 years, and my friend went into a deep depression from which she has never fully recovered.
