Notwithstanding the fact that Justice Lorimer Eric Leach, speaking on behalf of the South African Appeals Court, found that the trial Judge Thokozile Masipa, made fundamental errors of judgement in the case of Oscar Pistorius, when she found him guilty of culpable homicide.
The Appeals Court found him guilty of murder.
She was ordered to retry the case, with a guilty of murder verdict, and to sentence Oscar Pistorius for the crime of murder of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.
On retrial, Judge Thokozile Masipa sentenced the murderer to six years in prison, being only one year more than her original five-year sentence for culpable homicide.
This sentence she gave is an insult to the Appeals Court of South Africa and to the Judicial Authorities of the land, and to the women of South Africa and worldwide.
She is besmirches the judicial system of South Africa, and the sentence she has meted out is an insult to the grieving parents and family of Reeva Steenkamp.
We therefore petition the the authorities concerned to get rid of Judge Thokozile Masipa from the Judicial Bench.

Masipa should be stripped of her credentials as a judge. She openly, intentionally, purposefully and wantonly disregarded the directions of the Supreme Court of Appeal to impose a sentence for murder of which the minimum sentence is 15 years. She gave the murderer a ridiculous sentence of six years for his crime so that she could enable him to effectively serve only ONE year for murder. This does not in any way serve the judicial system of the country.
It was a slap in the face for every South African woman (except for those who supported him though) when Masipa sentenced him for a mere 6 years. With the femicide rates being one of the highest in the world, this lenient sentence will start a precedent in South Africa.
she has totally lost the plot murders lie we had one here who accidently strangled women having sex because she liked it that way he suggested and swore it was accidental but he also did another so got caught.
Masipa is as spoilt as osci. Couldn't bare to be wrong. She is meant to stand for justice. On behalf of every battered person on the planet, shame on Masipa.

Judge M did not stick to guidelines of homicide - 15 years minimum She also discounted ear witness evidence And gave op the benefit of the doubt When it had been proved he chit knowing someone was behind the door

Masipa ignored all the evidence against Oscar Pistorius' many versions and chose what she wants to believe. She focused on the fact that he has stumps, yet she ignored the act of murder of a defenseless woman completely. Shameful for a judge who was tasked with sentencing someone convicted of murder.
