She also discounted ear witness evidence
And gave op the benefit of the doubt

A total miscarriage of Justice for Reeva Steebkamp, because of blatant bias by a Judge Masipa in favour of the Murderer Oscar Pistorius. 6 Years for Murder from an incompetent and heartless Judge. She did not take the victim, Reeva into consideration, not once??

As well as letting Reeva and her family down badly, She really did let women down everywhere. She was pathetic as a judge and was obviously paid a little back hander! Why else would she have been so far up a murderers arse! He didn't even flinch at sentence, like he and his family already knew what was coming!

It was a slap in the face for every South African woman (except for those who supported him though) when Masipa sentenced him for a mere 6 years. With the femicide rates being one of the highest in the world, this lenient sentence will start a precedent in South Africa.

She obviously is incompetent at it her job. Why does she think she is above the Supreme Court judges. They sentenced him with murder and yet she gave him 5 years for culpable homicide and 6 for murder. She is obviously senile and not fit for her job. She has made a mockery of the S.A. Judicial system and left the door open for others to commit murder and get away with it.
