Judge Maureen Sweeney needs to be removed from her position for facilitating the murder of a 10-year-old female rape victim. She allowed Robert Seman, Jr. to bond out of jail to which he murdered the child and two others in a house fire.
At this time prosecutors are trying to "convince" Sweeney to allow statements made by the deceased girl to be valid in the case. The judge revoked his bond based only on bribery charges and not the house fire of the victim just hours before the trial.
