In response to continuing issues at our property we have created a petition to demand the resignation of William Osborne, the current President of the South Tower Board. Our current board has failed to act to protect our property. Mr. Osborne's conflict of interest between acting as president and the issues going on in his unit prevent him from protecting our property and serving the best interests of all residents in the community. Please read the previous emails I have sent that expands on all the issues. We need to make clear that this behavior by our board and management company is completely unacceptable. That starts with the resignation of Mr. Osborne from the sitting board and withdrawal of his name as a candidate for the upcoming election. Please sign in support of changing the manner in which these leaks and other resident issues are treated, starting with Mr. Osborne stepping down.
Additionally, we were all in receipt of a civility letter sent to us by the management office. I think civility on our property has to start with an example set by our board. Below is the link to a link of a recent board meeting where Mr. Azran, attacks me personally while Mr. Osborne and the rest of the board sits by doing nothing, effectively condoning this behavior. This is just another demonstration of what Mr. Osborne and this current board view to be acceptable behavior.
Continuum Building Meeting of 2/20/2018
The residents of the Continuum on South Beach deserve a board of directors who exemplify integrity, honesty, and transparency in their dealings. We also need a chairman who can maintain order during our board meetings. The last few board meetings I attended were a professional disgrace.
