I really cannot stop thinking about the absolute absurdity of those taxpayer dollars going to someone who clearly thinks the rules do not apply to her at all. We are creeping up on five hundred signatures so please just send this link to a few people you know because we need to show them that we are actually watching what happens in that courtroom.

This judge has made my life a living hell. She is bias and cold hearted placing children in danger and allowing the abusers to have custody. I want to see a change is our family court system and with that change this horrible Judge must go.
Nilda Morales, had my son in law arrested because she is biased towards the Childs suicidal mother. Nilda was arrogant and aggressive in court. Please remove this menace to society from power. So many children are separated from their fathers because of Nilda.
Judge Horowitz awarded a low life custody. a 3yr old whos mother died to a man who didn't want to have anything to do with the baby, didn't want to pay child support. He lives pillar to post, sells drugs and diagnosed Schizophrenic. She should be removed.
Horrible experience, not looking forward to going before her again. She is against victims of abuse and should either be removed from her position (I am a tax payer in westchester county) or sent for sensitivity training. She should not be allowed to deal with family matters.
This judge is trying to give custody of my nephew to his deadbeat dad who doesn't work and doesn't pay child support just because he has his inheritance hidden and is able to pay big bucks to get what he wants behind closed doors! Do what's right for the children and their families!
She didn't want to look at the pages of screenshots, emails, calls and police reports against a harassing ex that repeatedly violated the TOP and was drinking during the virtual hearing. No surprise I'm still having issues with him 4 years later and I'm relieved she isn't handling my case this time.
Judge has had multiple outbursts and is very rude to not only myself, but the alleged victim as well. She shows signs of clear favoritism towards the other party who files petition.

I am a domestic violence victim who had her as a judge while going to court with my abuser and she failed to protect me and my daughter she gave visitation rights to my abuser. She needs to step down as a judge she is a horrible monster.
