Removal of Corrupt NY Family Court Judge Nilda Morales-Horowitz

She didn't want to look at the pages of screenshots, emails, calls and police reports against a harassing ex that repeatedly violated the TOP and was drinking during the virtual hearing. No surprise I'm still having issues with him 4 years later and I'm relieved she isn't handling my case this time.

Judge has had multiple outbursts and is very rude to not only myself, but the alleged victim as well. She shows signs of clear favoritism towards the other party who files petition.

I was abused drugged and the father left my 6 year old son over night - ACS was called and she is handing my son back to the abuser

She is unfair, erratic, unpredictable and should be removed immediately

I had court today and I petitioned an order of enforcement for the countless orders that my kids mother violates and once again dishonorable Judge Morales-Horowitz did nothing to enforce any court signed agreements. Why have court ordered visitation agreements if the Judge will not enforce them? Anyway, I researched and found that the Judge and my Ex-wife are Alma Mater. They both attended Hofstra and have similar backgrounds. I wonder if it is possible that the Judge is bias. Why if there is black and white and concrete language in a visitation agreement would she time and time again do nothing enforce the agreement? Isn’t that the whole point of and enforcement petition? To ENFORCE what has been violated in an agreement.

Refused to listen to me. Over talked me. I was not allowed to take notes about her recommendations. She was rude and told me that his mental abuse should be taken as a grain of salt.

Needs to be investigated by the FEDS along with the entire 9th judicial district

This judge is trying to give custody to a violent abuser who doesn't even live in the STATE OF NEW YORK!

She is unfair not impartial judge.

Unfair treatment to biological mothers.

She ruined my grandsons spirit!

She is my current judge and she is not seeing my concerns on her granting visitation to person who tried to kill me and my son

She is trying to assign custody to a narcissistic violent man. She said my daughter is unfit cause she working and in school w no time for the baby.

Have had her as my judge for years. She does not do her due diligence. I have a case before her right now and may have to file a notice of claim against her or Westchester family courts for not doing their jobs

This lady has no heart, she insults mothers who are being abuse by their partners and with her positions as a job mothers are being neglected from their right to be with their children’s

I came home today with my heart broken. This Judge insulted me in front of all the people at the court. All I want is to be with my kids she gave all the support to my kids father who made up so many lies. This judge has no heart or family. She is separating mothers from their kids and this is not right.

I'm dealing with her now in a custody case and she is not fair to unwed father's she belittled me after asking for a hearing after she told me she will not be signing a 50/50 custody order.

Very lazy judge who will just send your case to mediation and let mediation do all the work.
