Due to the removal of the payment options for our site fees for 2016, we all find ourselves struggling to meet your request at payment in full. A lot of us bought on here on the whole premise that we could pay in 3 instalments as we are unable to find such a large amount in one go but still wished to enjoy a relaxing and stress free holiday here at Ocean Edge. This current situation has left a very bad taste and a lot of us fearing we will have to give up our holiday homes for which we have spent a lot of money buying in the first instance.

We therefore wish to express our need for the instalments to be returned or even monthly direct debits to be made available so that we can continue to stay and enjoy our homes.

We would also like you to review the rise in site fees which is way above the rate of inflation.

We hope you will realise how strongly all the owners feel about this descision and look forward to seeing this overturned.

Owned a van for ten years at ocean edge and always paid in instalments to take that option away is unfair not just on us but on everyone for those who don't pay installments you never know when you might be grateful for the option. The phrase the customer is always right does not seem to apply at Ocean edge

Give us our 4 monthly payments back.we bought the 17 months ago because in instalments. We are both pensioners and will find it hard to raise that kind of money at shirt notice.

I have never had to pay by installments but will support all those who do as I know it is the difference between having and not having your holiday home. Cannot understand why this has been introduced.

Been on site for 15 years as a single parent with a daughter with learning disabilities it's the only freedom she has and we would both be heartbroken to lose our little piece of haven, not happy about the way we have been treated at all no loyalty for anyone.

3 months notice is not enough notice for most people to find whole site fee. Most of us have finance too to find. We are in a very precarious situation with the threat of our vans having to be removed if not paid by nov 1st. Instalments are available on all other park resorts park this is totally unfair.

Why can't monthly direct debits be introduced...this must be an easier way for park resorts to implement to make sure their fees are collected and also a lot easier for owners
