We strongly feel he is the most suitable person for the concierge role at the Exchange. We call upon NHG to reinstate Michael, either employing him directly or through Just Ask Estates.

I am currently compiling our gathered signatures to present directly to the leadership at NHG. Please email your local representative today to insist on Michael's immediate reinstatement at The Exchange. We have to keep applying pressure until they finally give us a real answer.

Michael is the only person that really knows the development inside and out, and was with us from the beginning. His knowledge alone makes him invaluable. On top of that he was always there for us, many times working overtime. Retain him, at all cost!!
Michael has been very responsible and responsive in overseeing the development and has always been reliable - in a constant period of building problems, he has always offered tremendous support. We want him back!
Michael has been so critical in managing the huge amount of problems we have had to endure with this development. His efforts and dedication to his job have been astonishing and I’m appalled at the abhorrent treatment he is getting from Just Ask Services and Nottinghill Genesis. They should be ashamed of themselves!
No new Concierge employee would be able to get even closer to the standards that Michael has set up on the last 5 years or so in The Exchange.
Michael was very dedicated to serving residents including lots of late and weekend work to fix major faults in the building
Michael is outstanding and very dedicated concierge for many years! He is very highly valued by our Exchange community and we all want him back to his role. This was very unfair decision been made without any explanation to all of us. Please reinstate Michael ASAP.
Michael has been the concierge since the Exchange estate opened in 2014. In the 6 year's since he has given exemplary service to residents, and has become a much loved and much relyed on presence on the estate. It is appalling that Notting Hill Genesis have sacked Michael at a time of national pandemic without explaination and against Michael's express desire to remain our concierge. We urge NHG to reinstate Michael and tonffer whatever assistance he requires to ensure his long term well being in his role

Outstanding concierge going above and beyond his contractual duties, a pleasure to deal with and Extremely helpful. Ridiculous that he has gone, we want him back, alongside an explanation as to what has happened.
