Reinstatement of Michael Kasule as a Concierge at The Exchange

Michael is outstanding and very dedicated concierge for many years! He is very highly valued by our Exchange community and we all want him back to his role. This was very unfair decision been made without any explanation to all of us. Please reinstate Michael ASAP.

Michael has been the concierge since the Exchange estate opened in 2014. In the 6 year's since he has given exemplary service to residents, and has become a much loved and much relyed on presence on the estate. It is appalling that Notting Hill Genesis have sacked Michael at a time of national pandemic without explaination and against Michael's express desire to remain our concierge. We urge NHG to reinstate Michael and tonffer whatever assistance he requires to ensure his long term well being in his role

Michael is a dedicated, hard working, trustworthy individual and I hope that he will be reinstated at the Exchange development in Bermondsey.

Michael is the most valued and longest serving person at The Exchange. His experience and knowledge of the development and local contacts (e.g. police, fire service), as well as his commitment and care for the residents is unparalleled and impossible to replace. The amount of times he has gone beyond the call of duty for us is incredible and I am stunned by this decision. I honestly cannot understand why such a short sighted and negative move has been made by NHG, let alone at this time. Please reinstate him as soon as possible.

Michael has always been brilliant and always goes above and beyond for everyone. He is a dedicated professional and should be a highly valued employee. We can’t imagine not having him around the block- Bring back Michael!!!!

Please give Michael his job back. He's very valued by residents and he's given a lot to his job through the years, from staying late in order to ensure issues were resolved before the weekend, to donating his time before Christmas as a present to residents. I don't think there is anyone else more dedicated than Michael. Please give him his job back. Also, it's extremely cruel and unfair to take his job away during lockdown, when it's really difficult for anyone to find another job.

Outstanding concierge going above and beyond his contractual duties, a pleasure to deal with and Extremely helpful. Ridiculous that he has gone, we want him back, alongside an explanation as to what has happened.

Michael has been a great asset since this development has opened. Removing him will add risk to the services we receive

Michal is a great asset to the development and I think his delivery, attitude, professionalism and service mindset is beyond any reasonable expectations and have been consistently exceeding expectations for years.

Michael is the only person that really knows the development inside and out, and was with us from the beginning. His knowledge alone makes him invaluable. On top of that he was always there for us, many times working overtime. Retain him, at all cost!!

Michael is an invaluable asset to this development, which should be by no means underestimated. If NHHG care about the residents living here and wish to provide the high level of service they promise, then he should be reinstated as our concierge without a second thought.

I would love if Michael could be reinstated if he would like to keep working at the exchange.
