Anyone Born and Raised in St.Paul knows that Scheffer Recreation Center is one of the youth centers that has received NO INVESTMENT EVER....It is the Same building, Same field, Same blacktop as when we were kids. There is a 9 Million dollar Proposal request to the City of St.Paul. There would be a Great Impact if Community Signed a Petition in Support of this long over due project.
