Subject: Urgent Petition: Request for 50% Reduction in HOA Fees Until Promised
Amenities are Completed
Dear HOA Management,
We, the homeowners of the Wallace Springs Community (Statesville NC), are writing to express our collective concern regarding the ongoing delay in the completion of amenities that were promised to be finished by summer 2024. Many of us were told the pool specifically would be completed in time for the 2024 swim season. Despite our patience and understanding, the prolonged delay in the availability of these amenities has significantly impacted our quality of life and the value of our properties.
In light of the situation, we respectfully request a 50% reduction in our bi- annually HO fees until the promised amenities are fully operational. This reduction is a fair and reasonable measure to compensate for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the delayed completion of essential community features.
As a united community, we believe that our voices are stronger together. We urge the HO to consider our petition and take immediate action to address our concerns. We are committed to working collaboratively with the HOA to find a mutually beneficial solution that upholds the best interests of all residents.
We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a timely response.
