If you are a parent with children you would have noticed that during the school holidays, holiday prices rocket up to ridiculous amounts that parents with less money can't afford.
Why should we have to stay at home, just because parents have kids that they can't take out of school in term time when prices are cheaper. How is that fair? Letting holiday companies walk all over us and control us all like puppets is ridiculous, parents have often tried and tried again to make this work but it's just not happening.
This has to change, and I am determined to make that change. With your signature you can make a difference, by reaching 10,000 signatures or over we can ask the government to reply and consider it, by reaching 100,000 signitures It can be debated in parliament if presented by an MP
We believe the way to do this is by placing a cap to ensure holiday companies are unable to raise their prices by 20% during the school holidays, so everyone is able to have a fair opportunity to go on the holiday they deserve.

Definitely agree - ridiculous how the prices a few days before go from £300 to over double the amount,

TOTAL RIP OFF. holiday co's have us cornered because we cant pull the kids out during term. needs sorting now.
Finally someone said it. My holiday price went up 400 quid just by waiting two days for the school term to end. Absolute joke.
its so frustrating watching the prices jump the second school breaks up. we work hard all year and just want a break with the kids without going broke.
