Situations like this are why lawyers have jobs, get one and sue the bastards!! There’s no reason you should be unemployed because someone was unethical enough to give out his user name and password in a medical environment and tell you that you have to work under it, major HIPAA violation and illegal, and you’re the one with no job!! Really Katzen eye group? Go get ‘em Ben!!

Being terminated for doing something you and many other employees have been doing for 9 years is outrageous! Look to the person pushing for this the hardest, you’ll find the person who needs terminated! Good luck Ben!!

This is complete garbage!! Most times this is used as a teaching moment....not a firing! Doctors need to keep passwords and user names under the strictest of confidence. Perhaps the doctor should have been fired instead of the employee. Shame on you Katzen eye group!! Give 'em hell Ben!
