The goal of this petition is to end the Fremont John performances on Mug Night at the Mitten Bar. People should be able to come to the bar on Wednesday nights and enjoy a mug of beer without being subjected to music that doesn't suit everyone's tastes.

I miss being able to come to Mug Night and chat with my friends. Having to compete with Fremont John is no fun. The quiet relaxing atmosphere is gone. I have no problem if he's there in the summer. It adds to the tourist, summer vibe. Off-season Wednesdays should be ours again. He can play the weekends.
I don't want to be mean, it'd just be nice to move it to another night or even make it every other Wednesday.
One artist REPEATEDLY that often is no fun either. Plus it's too loud for conversation. Agree with others' comments.

I'm not saying to get rid of Fremont John all together, I'm just suggesting that maybe his nights switch. I do enjoy listening to him perform every now and then. However, I think that we should be able to enjoy our mug benefits in a not so loud environment. We only get one day a week to enjoy those benefits, we shouldn't be forced to have to deal with loud music every week also.
