He was rude to answer question about how staff are to treat tenants and the other issues I know of is when people treat older people bad that live in the community he does not care.

Always having a hard time with him I seen the cleaner of the building get into a argument and he told the tenant to deal with it they are grown adults there have been emails back and fourth and he was supposed to respond and she never heard back from
Him and she contacted a lawyer. Get him out of here

Very rude and disrespectful. Approaches you without even stating who he is and talks down to you as if you’re trash because we live in this neighborhood. The gentleman has no compassion and seems like he’s only worried about his job and his paycheque instead of actually doing something for the people in this community and the community itself as a whole. Have him removed ASAP and get somebody who understands this type of community this is and the people who live here.

I’m a family of 5 and this guy is constantly after me. His approach and the way he talks to me makes me feel unwelcomed here. I’ve lived here for such long time never have I had any problems. Up until he showed up to this community. Please remove him
