Proposed apartment complex in Stonewall Neighborhood! This development will have a huge negative impact on ALL residents of Stonewall Neighborhood and the surrounding area, with increased traffic, noise, and crime, as well as reductions in property values being among our main concerns.

Turwell, LLC is requesting a zoning change for the 7 wooded acres encompassing the Higbee Mill Road/Cornwall Road/Longwood Road area. This zoning change would allow for the development of two 3-story apartment buildings where the tree line and wildlife now exist parallel to Man O'War Boulevard. The only entrance to this complex would be at the current intersection of Higbee Mill Road and Cornwall Drive.

We request that this zoning change request be denied, so that only appropriate properties may potentially be developed in this established, single-family community.
