Stop Massive Apartment Building Adjacent to Heritage Hills Park and Neighborhood
A major amendment to the Heritage Hills development has been submitted to Douglas County. A Massive 5-6 Story Apartment Building is in the works that will bring up to 360 apartments within Feet of our park. This Major Eyesore of a structure will bring security and privacy concerns, trespassing, traffic problems, loss of property values, impacts on first responders and schools, etc. Have we not had Enough Apartments in Lone Tree! They are everywhere! Please Sign Opposing the rezoning of the western lot adjacent to the park and help stop this negative impact on our community. Please forward to ALL neighbors ASAP.

I was just looking at the count and we are almost at the quarter thousand mark which feels pretty wild for a neighborhood concern like this one. Honestly if you could just text the link to a handful of people right now we could probably hit that milestone before dinner and show the county that we are actually paying attention to this madness.

As a Resident in The Summit for 15 years......I find the Apt. building to be excessive....This AFFECTS all of our home Values.....I truly feel bad for the Neighbors who Purchased their home that BACK TO the Subject!
A five story, high density complex is nit consistently with surrounding development. It will be adjacent to existing community park and will impact overall residential community.
Enough already! There are enough apartments on Park Meadows drive. We need more retail and restaurants not apartments!. Quit jeopardizing our property values!
I am very concerned about more apartments. Neighbors who rent tend to be less safe than those who own. we have way too many apartments in Lone Tree. The ones that just went up are an eyesore and invades on our privacy. We now have hundreds of windows that look right in to our bathrooms.
Rezoning property adjacent to residents who have lived here for years is completely unfair. It will only benefit a developer who doesn't even live in our state. Don't allow this to happen.

I do not believe the city has the infrastructure to handle another apartment complex. Roads, power, water, etc.

This structure will have a huge negative impact on local traffic and emergency responders. Lone Tree does not need more high density housing. These buildings are not aesthetically pleasing.
