THIS IS LONG OVERDUE. The common areas are a mess.
Glad to see people actually stepping up to get this organized. My lawn irrigation is broken and management wont return any emails.
The weeds in the retention pond are out of control. It looks terrible and brings down our property values. Time for a change.
We need to fix these issues ourselves since clearly the developer doesnt care about how this place looks anymore
Finally!! Been waiting way too long for this to happen. Developer has ignored us for months.

About time we took control of our own neighborhood. Tired of paying fees for zero actual work being done around here.
