The undersigned home owners or tenants of Onion Creek respectfully petition the City of Austin, in accordance with Section 545.307 of the Texas Transportation code, to declair the Onion Creek Subdivision as an area which prohibits the overnight parking of commercial vehicles, and to erect the appropriate signage as required by the law referenced above.
