We, the undersigned, are the residents of the buildings that immediately surround Chumley's, including 84, 85, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 93 and 95 Bedford Street. We are the families, couples and individuals who will be directly impacted by the NYC Board of Standards And Appeals (BSA's) decision regarding Chumley's / 86 Bedford Street.

There are no bars on our entire section of Bedford Street, which spans from 7th Avenue to Christopher Street. Our entire neighborhood is a historic, Residential-zoned, neighborhood. The block where Chumley's bar hopes to reopen is located between two schools.

WE ARE UNITED IN OUR OPPOSITION to the opening of Chumley's bar/restaurant at 86 Bedford Street, and WE URGE THE BSA TO REJECT CHUMLEY'S APPEAL.
