This is a residential family neighborhood with two schools. A bar should not be allowed.

There are two schools within a block, and a quiet neighborhood with family restaurants. There is no reason for a bar open late, and a bar who has disrupted the neighborhood for more than 5 years with construction. I am a resident of 85 Bedford Street.

A travesty if allowed to open.

Zoning laws exist to prevent the exact type of disruption to the health and well-being of the residents of our neighborhood.

Opposed to opening of Chumley's Bar on a residential street. Two lower grade schools are in the neighborhood. The Noise, loittering and health concerns are a reality.
