The people who own the farm house pub have had an approved application to build another building plus a car park for 200 cars, which will be wasting valuable space in such a lovely nature reserve!
The momentum behind this effort has grown beyond my initial expectations. It is clear that the community values the preservation of the Eastbrook nature reserve as much as I do.

This is a very special place for wildlife in an otherwise built up area. It must be preserved to protect the wildlife there and for the fresh air for the people in the area.

I was born and bred in Dagenham in 1955 and it breaks my heart to see the continuing ruination of this area. Many buildings have been knocked down and rebuilt on the land without a second thought for the preservation of the site. Please do not do this to the nature reserve which many people including myself and husband have enjoyed over the years. It would be an absolute disgrace.

Stop this now otherwise others will want some too and it'll be a snow ball effect they'd be no stopping till it gone.
