Hi, I am a local resident who feels passionately about the countryside and farmland. I desperately want to save Widgit’s Farm from destruction and development, not only is this a hard working farm but also accompanied with nature filled fields and beautiful surrounding countryside. Cufaude Lane, which is listed as a ‘National Cycle Route’ is slowly losing its identity as we know it! In my view and I’m sure many others, this is a damaging and irretrievable change to our precious environment.

I feel very strongly about keeping our precious small rural areas rural, it's what makes areas more special than if it were all a concrete jungle with far too many cars parked everywhere. Please let us keep upper cufaude farm a rural area of beauty and a working farm serving it's community and providing a habitat for wildlife and residents alike.

It’s funny how when I had applied for planning in the past on a residential property in a cul-de-sac location for a minor extension, it was declined on the grounds of it ‘NOT BEING IN KEEPING WITH THE SURROUNDING SETTING’....yet the councel have no qualms with developing a hard working farm and picturesque countryside with detrimental effects on Cufaude Lane (which is a listed National Cycle Route) and surrounding area!!

I have lived in Chineham for over 30 years, more and more housing has been built, I think that the farm should be saved so that there is still some countryside and animals to enjoy.

No more building in this lovely rural area, we already are so full at the Dr's and schools. I cannot leave my house to go out at 6.15 for the traffic which is queuing from the lights onto A33. No more houses please.

Leave Cufaude lane & Chineham free from anymore housebuilding. The Council seem to be hell bent on rubber-stamping any applications without ensuring the appropiate required infrastructure is in place...leave Chineham alone!

Appreciate and support your concerns. Environment changing daily with new constructions, major road implementations, and increased traffic. 2 cat's were killed on the Hanmore Road last week. There's a significant increase in waste products left in kerbs, bushes and pathways around the Hanmore Brook. Chineham infrastructure cannot currently accommodate increased development, raising concerns of yet more development. I thought I lived in a village, not a mini town...

It's getting too built up in this area, the traffic is terrible and no additional infrustructures to support it, I bought my house here because I loved being so close to the countryside, now I am constantly surrounded by roadworks and building sites.
