I have been reading through the comments all morning and honestly some of your stories are just heartbreaking but they really prove why this neighborhood needs to stay open to everyone. I am busy drafting letters to the city council folks because I am tired of waiting around for things to happen on their own when we could just move forward now.

I honestly did not think this would gain this much steam but here we are and it makes me feel like maybe we actually have a shot at keeping this neighborhood diverse. It is just wild to see so many people who actually care about Upton Street and the people moving there since it is so easy to just ignore housing stuff when your own life is busy.

Finally. Someone needs to keep these places affordable before the entire city is just overpriced condos that nobody can afford.
They have a proven track record. Stop acting like people who need a hand are a problem. Everyone deserves a place to live.
The South End needs to stay a real community. We can't just push everyone out because they don't have enough money. Happy to see this happening.
They do great work. Pine Street is professional and they actually care about the neighborhood. Don't listen to the loud minority complaining.
Yes! We need more of this. Diversity is what makes our neighborhood actually worth living in.
