- A community that is appropriately sized for on-site support (10 units), as Mayor Wu has stated: “The only way to truly help someone stabilize is to address their individual needs, person by person.” - Boston Globe
- Compliance with all zoning and all current fire and other applicable building codes. This is essential to everyone’s safety.
- A drug-free environment with zero tolerance policies strongly enforced.

Finally some common sense housing for the city.
So glad to see this moving forward. Hancock needs this renovation bad.
I live right around the corner and I welcome this project. Much better than having empty buildings sitting around rotting.
Keep the zero tolerance policy and it will be perfect. Good luck.
About time we actually do something useful with the space. Boston is way too expensive for regular people right now.

This is a great idea. We need housing that helps people get back on their feet instead of just ignoring the problem.
