We, the undersigned residents, owners, and supporters of our community, formally request that the decision to dismiss our valued concierge team be reconsidered and reversed.
1. Unjust Dismissal Concerns
There are serious concerns that the decision to terminate the concierge team may be based on factors beyond performance or budget considerations, including the possibility of personal conflicts or undue influence by a resident of the Community. We believe our community should not become the stage for such disputes, and our dedicated concierge team should not bear the consequences of these alleged personal motives.
2. Professionalism and Dedication
The current concierge team has consistently demonstrated professionalism, dedication, and care for all residents. Their resolve in supporting our daily needs, ensuring building security, receiving packages, and handling emergencies is integral to a well-managed building.
3. Adverse Impact on Community
Removing the concierge team would compromise safety, increase inconvenience, and diminish the warm, welcoming atmosphere that residents and visitors have come to expect. The personalized assistance they provide fosters a sense of community that cannot be easily replaced.
4. Call for Transparency
We ask the Board of Directors, the property management, and Forest Hill Group, to operate with transparency and fairness. Documentation or justification for such dismissals should be made openly available, ensuring decisions about personnel changes are not based on individual conflicts or personal vendettas.
5. Requested Action
- Immediate Reversal of the Dismissal: Until a thorough, impartial review has been completed, the concierge team should remain employed.
- Independent Investigation: We urge an independent inquiry to ensure any final decisions about staffing reflect the community’s best interests and not personal agendas.
- Open Communication: Provide regular updates on the status of this issue and allow for meaningful resident input before any final decisions are made.
By signing this petition, we emphasize our strong support for the concierge team and request the Board and Forest Hill Group administer fair and transparent proceedings. Our goal is to maintain a safe, welcoming home for all residents.

I can't believe the management made this decision, and it's important for all residents to understand the true reasons behind it. The concierge team has consistently demonstrated exceptional support, kindness, and availability, even during difficult times like the flooding. The amount donated to them during Christmas is a clear example of this. Is management using a misleading excuse to replace them with cheaper services?
I just moved in because of them! They are great I love them all and have already personally connected with all of them in my first week here
This is wrong and unjust. The staff should be allowed to use their phones in the off time, they are excellent and never have made it a problem

The concierge team has been absolutely amazing and has been the reason I have recommended this building to friends. Without them, a condo with so many floors would never be so wonderful to live in. They have helped facilitate the smooth logistics and maintenance of our building. Their impact is immeasurable.
