Proposed Zoning Change: From R-1 to R-10
We, the undersigned owners of property affected by the requested zoning change described in the above-referenced file do hereby protest against any change which would rezone the property to any classification other than R1 or R4. This property directly adjoins residential property and we oppose any zoning that will increase the noise and traffic that would detrimentally affect the peaceful enjoyment of our homes. We also feel that any change in zoning of this property would negatively affect the value of our homes.

Reaching this level of support has been a long and exhausting process but it proves that people are finally noticing the threat to our neighborhood. The fight to protect our homes is far from over yet this momentum gives me the grit to keep going.

Keep R-1 as it is. We dont need more townhouses here.
NO REZONING. PROTECT OUR HOMES.
The infrastructure literally cannot handle high density here. Whoever approved the study for this clearly doesnt live in this neighborhood.
There is property on the market that is already zoned R-10. Please help us save our family neighborhood. There isn't any room to support more traffic. This is a neighborhood. Building two or three story townhomes in the middle of subdivisions is greed.
If property is to be developed entrance and exit should be off Litchford road only
Way too much traffic going thru our neighborhood already .

This will make the traffic on Litchford impossible during rush hour. It's already bad enough.
