Final supporters
Over the last few months, more and more people in Nusa Heights have realized that our management isn't working as well as it should. We have major issues with the cleanliness, ponding, lifts break down and security matters in Nusa Heights. Especially on the security side, we have the forth break-in on 1st of April 2016. Monies, jewelries, valuables and electronics devices were stolen and everyone is worried about their safety as this had happened almost every month.
The problem is that our management isn’t working effectively, most of our feedbacks aren't heard and our complaints get ignored. It is clear that a Joint Management Body is needed now as well as an Annual General Meeting to make it happen.
No management is perfect, but this is our chance to make ours better. Make a difference - sign the petition!”

Security need to ensure all the access door are lock properly during patrolling .Lift lobby door at block CDE change to glass door instead of wooden door . Intercom at block E not working .
the entrance door from block C car park to lift is very unsafety, even not scan the access card the door still can open! And one of the owner of block C already suggested to change the door to have a mirror to avoid any hitting when opening the door but not action been taken by management!
Main door of the block access was always open & lift frequently faulty ,pls look into this matter seriously
Poor security. All requests to MB management from owners are being neglected totally. Very disappointed on this.
Owner of NH block B level 09. Very disappointed on MB upon their management responds against all the issues raised by residents so far. Hopefully this petition will help to keep thing progress.

Mahabuilders, we had enough of yr in deferent attitude. So listen to us n work with us to reduce future break-ins. Take our views seriously n not "tao chi" you responsibility ! Owner.
