Before we buy this house says 3 X times security ... Now so many cases breakhouse..
We cannot continue to let management to do this .. If need to meeting and stand up ...

Please do upgrade the systems and whichever services that needed to make sure the condo is up to the standard.

Hope this petition could bring our NH's Residents voice to someone to taking action against our BAD NH Managements. It's too terrible as happened 4th times of break in case to ours residential within 1/2 years. Also, Maintenance never carried out all necessary daily site walk and inspection on whatever security device faulty and take couple times to reinstate with the proper one. Maintenance teams will only send the cleaner to clean but no one carried their responsible to check on every each floor after the cleaner go thru. Defect team workers can go any floor without register and supervision. This is due to lack of someone supervision and acknowledgements and this is possible to cause more break in case. Really hope all OWNER at NH can see clearly whats is the Situation Currently. And Raise your voice.....

Security need to ensure all the access door are lock properly during patrolling .Lift lobby door at block CDE change to glass door instead of wooden door . Intercom at block E not working .

the entrance door from block C car park to lift is very unsafety, even not scan the access card the door still can open! And one of the owner of block C already suggested to change the door to have a mirror to avoid any hitting when opening the door but not action been taken by management!
